Standard CSV cleanup and structured conversion use their Fiverr order routes. For larger CSV work, start with an attachment-free email enquiry. We confirm the scope, quote and safe transfer arrangements before requesting a file. If you found us or discussed the work on Fiverr, keep the conversation and order there. Unsupported, ambiguous or sensitive requests are declined or clarified.
Three steps to checked delivery
Confirm the details
For CSV, confirm explicit rules. For conversion, select one mode and provide any required XML element names.
Receive checked files
Review the stated output files, counts, report and any refusal or correction details through Fiverr.
Confirmed scope
Work follows your confirmed instructions.
Processing follows the scope you confirm. The output is checked against those instructions before delivery, with the result explained in the delivery files and note. Customer file contents are not put in AI prompts.
When a request does not fit
If a file or instruction is sensitive, unsupported, contradictory or unclear, it is not silently transformed. A bounded clarification may be requested through Fiverr; work outside scope is declined or cancelled under the platform order process.
Service-specific file handling
File handling for standard Fiverr orders.
CSV cleanup
For CSV cleanup, local copies are deleted within seven days after completed delivery when there is no open dispute. Fiverr controls its own platform copies and retention.
Structured file conversion
For file conversion, working copies are removed after packaging. Delivery files are kept locally for no more than 24 hours for Fiverr relay. Fiverr controls its own platform copies and retention.
Use the relevant Fiverr order for existing-service file exchange and keep within that service’s file requirements. For larger CSV enquiries, do not attach files or include customer data. We explain the agreed transfer and retention arrangements before asking you to upload anything.
What these services do not claim
- No guaranteed error-free outcome, arbitrary data repair or inferred meaning.
- No Excel workbook service, fuzzy matching, enrichment or database work under CSV cleanup.
- No arbitrary XML round trip, API connection, schema repair or integration under file conversion.
